ウェブ上から、photoshop elements13を購入。
インストールの画面になると2％でいつもエラーとなってしまいます。
エラーコードは上記の通りです。
何が原因なのか全くわかりません。
ちなみに、ＰＣには元々、photoshop elements12の体験版が入っています。
またＡＩ ｃｃはインストール済です。
